Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

A CNC maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of CNC machines and ensuring that the maintenance team is working efficiently. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and service machines routinely. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage the maintenance team and coordinate with other departments.

Critical Functions:

1. Assign tasks and supervise work product of maintenance team

2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

3. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement

4. Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

5. Maintain equipment records and prepare reports on maintenance activities

6. Liaise with other departments to coordinate maintenance activitiesRequirements:

1. 5+ years experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing late model Haas, DMG, and/or Mazak lathes and mills

2. 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role
