Field Rep

Field Representative is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with store owner and personnel in the Baltimore, MD, Washington, D.C., and surrounding market/region. The Field Representative provides marketing collaterals; engage in training of H2O activation platform, business/sales advice and resolves barrier/issues for dealer to be successful. Ideal candidates will have an outgoing and approachable personality and be comfortable engaging customers in a variety of locations and environments.

Responsibility Highlights:

Increase brand awareness and creates positive product impressions

Set-up marketing collaterals at each store in territory to represent company brand and products

Build and leverage business relationships with store personnel in order to promote sales and capture market share.

Train and support store personnel by educating them on the Locus Telecommunications product both in-store and off-site.

Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints.

Submit regular updates to direct supervisor. Responsible for daily and weekly sales reporting to optimize sales team’s effectiveness.

Coordinate with in house marketing and sales teams to gather and report customer intelligence to build deeper and more effective customer relationships and improve strategic decision making

Update client information in the company contact database

Actively pursues new business in the market on the street level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently

Must have a valid driver license and own car

Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic preferred

Experience in marketing, promotions and events preferred but not required

Knowledge of Locus Telecommunications wireless products and services preferred

Sales: 1 year (Required)

Customer service: 1 year (Required)

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand comfortably for 8 hours each day

Adhere to daily/weekly store visit quote

90% travel in visiting doors in assigned territories, prepaid/trade shows, and wireless events

Weekly conference/office meetings
