We are looking for someone with experience leading landscape construction projects. This position will be on installing new landscapes on the residential side. We are looking for someone who knows how to install paver patios, sprinkler systems, plants, sod, boulders, edging, water features, and rock/mulches. You will need to have an active driver's license, good driving record, great communication skills, and willing to work with the crew on these projects to meet deadlines and maintain good quality work. You will be issued a company truck and be responsible for taking care of it, as well as trailers and equipment. You will be responsible to communicate to team members daily and weekly goals. You will be responsible for conducting morning safety meetings and leading the team to success each and every day. Experience pulling trailers and with local venders is a must. Leadership and attitude is key in this position.
