Responsibilities:

Job duties:

Setting up residential or commercial accounts for new services (newsale, government support)

Scheduling services for residential or commercial clientele (newsale, government support)

Maintaining large government or commercial accounts (government support)

Communicating via telephone and email with managers, customers, technicians, sales personnel for various requirements (newsale, government support, billing, customercare)

Responsible for entering varying data in multiple programs and websites (government support, billing- databill, ARM, etc)

Creating reports for various needs (government support, billing)

Outbound communication for reconciliation of residential or commercial accounts (billing- collection calls, declined cc)

Updating accounts to reflect accurate billing status (billing)

Responding to emails from customers and internal staff (newsale, government support, billing, customercare)

Receiving inbound calls from customers and internal staff (newsale, government support, billing, customercare)

Qualifications:

What you need:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

No Experience Required! McCall will invest in your training

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to pass a drug screen
