Voter Center Technical Lead

Payrate: $22/hr

Location: Kapolei Hale Honolulu, HI 96707

Start Mid July, 2024-August 31, 2024 (Primary Election)

Start Mid September, 2024-End of November (General Election)

Work Monday-Saturday, 10am-3pm

Job Overview:

Our leading IT & Services client, leading provider of election technology is hiring Voter Service Center Field Support workers to provide troubleshooting, assistance and support to voting officials at the polls during the Voter Service Center period.The ideal candidate will be personable, have experience in customer service, is detail oriented and takes pride in putting forth their best work possible.

Responsibilities:

Acquires a comprehensive working knowledge of the companys voting system (Touch Writer, Scan, and Print) specifically as related to polling place operations and troubleshooting.

Provides excellent support to Polling Place Officials during live voting events and troubleshoots Verity equipment when necessary.

Communicates effectively with State Officials, Polling Place Officials, and field personnel to achieve project goals.

Exhibits problem-solving capability and flexibility.

Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner at Voter Service Center Sites.

Requirements:

A minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to follow oral and written instruction.

Must have a cell phone.

Must have reliable transportation.
