The Quotations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the quotations function and processes to ensure timely and consistency with policies, procedures and requirements for all quotations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees the operation of the Quotations department;

Assessing, managing and delegating all incoming project bid opportunities

Managing and delegating project management responsibilities

Gathering and upkeeping of the information required to be tracked and the integrity of

Providing and following up on reportable statistics of services generated by the RQC

Training and enforcement of the Regional Quotation Centre’s standard operational procedures

Lead, empower and provide the local team with all the resources and support required for them to excel professionally and personally – promote and upkeep a team effort.

Occasionally visit customers with Sales Manager;

QUALIFICATIONS

Post Secondary education in Business or a related discipline plus a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years related experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Extreme attention to detail and accuracy;

Possess the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment;

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;

Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment;

Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking;
