About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

The Branded Program Manager will oversee our retail fuel branded business, managing 2,400 branded fuel locations across 13 major Fuel Brands. Responsibilities include contract compliance, enhancing site experience, coordinating brand marketing incentives, and related programs. This role will serve as the primary point of contact with our Field Operations team to drive profitability and enhance value. The key objective is to foster cross-functional collaboration to uphold brand standards effectively, driving significant impact on the bottom line.

Brand liaison for all brand communications - filters and funnels all brand information to the greater 7-Eleven Operations organization.

Manages and challenges as necessary, branded requirements related to Brand program requirements. (i.e. POS, image enhancements, etc.)

Manages the Branded Marketing Incentives offered and ensuring all available funds are utilized.

Design, implement, and conduct training workshops and provide expertise for 7-Eleven Franchisee and Corporate store employees, Field Consultants, Market Managers, and Zone Managers, related to branded programs and promotions.

Develop and provide monthly reports identifying, analyzing, and tracking trends, opportunities, and Key Performance Indicators for the Retail Fuels branded business.

Creates publications for POP and Branded Fuels Placement Guides relative to new marketing promotions and according to 7-Eleven Corporate Communication Policies.

Supports Construction and Gasoline integration to ensure required site tech standards are deployed.

Provides support to the Brand Manager - Fuels.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Fuel Operations and/or Fuel Sales preferred, Compliance, Project Management.

Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship development skills preferred.

Ability to manage multiple commitments and competing priorities.

Strong analytical skills recommended.

Requires 20% of travel.
