What will you be doing?
Creates demand for ICL product portfolio on the level of Agroholdings and big and mid-size farmers.
Provides agrotechnical support to distributors and end-users.
Conducts business development activities for specified business partners and territory.
Proactively looks for and follow-ups on new business opportunities and clients to assure sustainable ICL business growth in Ukraine.
Promotes technical knowledge about ICL products and their performance.
Constantly monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with other teams to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participation in research/trial activities and experimental development, preparing reports and descriptions.
Timely completion and transfer of documents and other commercial information.
Compiling reports, analysis and market forecasts.
Strengthening and taking care of the company good image.
What do you bring?
Education and professional commercial experience in agriculture
High school/university education
relevant experience in leading company in the agricultural industry
B2B account management experience
English level B2
Ukrainian native language
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence
Strong computer skills (MS Work, MS Excel. PowerPoint)
Ability to handle complex projects, plan and set priorities
team worker
This position reports to Sales Team Lead Ukraine.
Expected percentage of travel: Up to 80 %
