Construction Project Manager

Position: Project Manager

Location: Pasadena, TX

Full Time

What are we looking for?

Travel required.

Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting, confined space entry, working at heights, etc.)

Ability to wear a respirator.

Valid Driver License/ State Issued ID.

TWIC Card.

Pass a physical, hair follicle drug test, and background check.

Provide overall direction and field administration of his/her assigned project.

Manage the assigned personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.

Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to the schedule, with strict adherence to quality and budget considerations.

Assist the sales force in the preparation of estimates and procedures in planning projects, with a strong eye for operational efficiencies.

Act as USES main contact with the customer for the resolution of operational issues.

Conduct walk-downs of all jobs being performed as part of the project.

Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation portions of the project.
