Barista

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.

Ensure the quality and consistency of each coffee drink prepared.

Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee preparation area and dining area.

Operate coffee brewing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

Upsell additional products and menu items to customers as appropriate.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee drinks.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must be fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
