Warehouse Receiving/1st

Duties

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders and commercial invoices

- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel

- Use warehouse management system (WMS) to accurately record received items and update inventory

- Unload and load trucks using pallet jacks or other equipment as necessary

- Sort and organize received items in designated storage areas

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment

- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed

Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred

- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect shipments and record information

- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management tasks

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
