Our law firm is seeking a top sales performer who is ready to grow professionally while promoting the growth of our law firm as an Intake Specialist.

This is an office-based role in our Villa Park office. An Intake Specialist is a non-attorney salesperson. This position does not require cold calling prospective clients. Instead, you will answer incoming calls from potential new clients (PNCs) who contact us directly to inquire about our legal services. You will also manage this book of PNCs, following up to closure.

We believe in consultative selling where we help our prospective new clients make sense of their situation and how they should proceed forward. We believe the sale is the beginning of a long-term relationship with our PNCs.

The Intake Specialist must have the ability to engage with callers in a way that presents the firm as client-focused, courteous, empathetic, and in such a way that the caller feels he or she has reached the right firm. For this position, you must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience with multi-operating systems, strong computer skills, excellent communication, and teamwork.

Each and every workday you will talk with clients regarding their driving-related issues to determine if our firm can help them through their challenges. Our sales model requires punctuality, organization, Teamwork, and daily dedication to work and success.

Compensation is reflective of salary and variable compensation.Compensation:

$100,000+ yearlyResponsibilities:

Conduct sales consultations with potential clients in person, via video, and over the phone to secure new clients for the firm

Adhere to the firm's communication guidelines when interacting with Potential New Clients (PNCs) for optimal effectiveness

Present a comprehensive overview of the firm's services and exclusive offerings to clients

Maintain communication with PNCs who do not immediately engage the firm post consultation, nurturing the relationship for potential future collaboration

Implement established talking points, procedures, and processes to enhance success for both you and the PNC

Follow up through various channels like phone calls, emails, and videos with prospective clients who have consulted with the firm but have not yet committed

Keep meticulous records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Facilitate the transition of clients to the legal team upon hiring

Collaborate closely with Attorneys, Legal Assistants, and Firm Leadership to establish and achieve objectives while ensuring adherence to firm protocols

Receive ongoing sales coaching and feedback aimed at enhancing performance and achieving excellence in your roleQualifications:
