*Experience in sales (automotive is a bonus)

*Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn dealership software programs

*Composing emails with proper grammar, spelling, and basic prose

*College education or some college preferred but not required

*Ability to think quickly on your feet

*Competitive mindset that can work well with others

*Strong communication skills, active listening, problem solving

*Be self-motivated to work for success

*Can follow instructions well

*The ability to build and foster working relationships
