As an Administrative Assistant (Office Support Admin) at Tomorrow RNG, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from managing supplies and equipment to coordinating meetings and maintaining office policies. Let’s dive into the details:

Responsibilities:

Handle various office duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping.

Efficiently schedule meetings and appointments.

Greet visitors and guests upon arrival

Keep the office environment in top shape by arranging necessary repairs and maintenance.

Organize and update office procedures to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with the IT department to manage all office equipment.

Collaborate and provide support to the HR and Finance teams as necessary.

Ensure timely invoicing and payments for all office-related items.

Coordinate with facility management vendors (cleaning, catering, security).

Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.

Maintain organizational charts, expense reports, and asset/equipment inventory.

Act as a point of contact for office-related vendors.

Edit and produce advanced internal and external communications.

Create PowerPoint presentations, advanced Word documents, and spreadsheets.

Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements and Skills:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience

Experience: At least 2 years of professional administrative experience.

Key Skills:

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools is a plus.

Experience with project management and budgeting is advantageous.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
