In our experience, we have run into a plethora of financial industry professionals that have hit the limits of their current employer. With most firms, they offer proprietary products and services that can't be offered anywhere else. What that means is that there are limits to what you can offer your clients AND we have seen many cases where clients are lost due to that fact. ALSO, most places make it clear that you can't take your clients and business when you decide to make a change!

We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. As a Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own client portfolio while providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.

Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Recommend appropriate investment products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement accounts.

Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly to assess performance, make adjustments, and ensure alignment with their financial goals.

Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment advice and guidance.

Network and prospect for new clients through referrals, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.

Collaborate with other team members and specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions and meet clients' diverse needs.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies to uphold ethical standards and protect clients' interests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, investment management, or wealth advisory.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning principles.

Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Life Insurance License in Texas REQUIRED.

Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses preferred.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.

Compensation:This position offers a commission-only compensation structure with earning potential ranging from $125,000 to $300,000+ annually, based on individual performance and productivity.
