Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Maa Shakti Engineering Works, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategies and achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for managing all sales activities, from lead generation through to deal closure. Your expertise will help us reach new clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, and ultimately boost our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Manage a team of sales professionals and oversee their performance and development.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, networking with potential clients and professionals in the sector.

Requirements:

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, preferably in the manufacturing sector related to food processing equipment.

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Confident, self-driven and a team player.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
