Experience 15 years, preferably with at least 3 years in India Pharma.

Understanding and hands on experience on Pharma business and Business process.

Annual Business budget and present the same to top management.

have good understanding of business P&L with components and guide to business.

partnering with business stakeholders on various initiatives.

cost control & compliance for the business.

have good understanding of Pharma pricing and applicable Regulation.

be able to analyse & answer the question on business performance to CFO / India Business head /SBU heads.

Should have very good data analytical skills and business acumen.

knowledge of Formulation costing with components.

person should be very handy on numbers of various business.

and presentation of monthly MIS.

have a good understanding of field set-ups and hierarchy of business.

to business on various financial aspects and decision making.

be able to understand the criticality of business and act appropriately.

be able to lead the team and mentor the team members.

have hands on experience of SAP – COPA module and working on BPC tool.

understanding / experience of Cost center accounting.
