Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Cycling Tour Leader. The Cycling Tour Leader will be responsible for guiding tours, providing exceptional customer service, conducting research, training participants, and working with tour operators to ensure a smooth experience. The Cycling Tour Leader will create unforgettable experiences that foster team bonding and camaraderie.

Experience: 3+ years of mountain biking (MTB) cycle riding experience

Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of cycle parts and maintenance

Understanding of best riding practices and safety protocols

Ability to motivate and inspire cyclists

Patient and supportive attitude towards participants

Strong leadership skills

Guided Tours and Customer Service skills

Research and Training skills

Tour Operators experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle emergency situations and provide first aid

Experience in organizing outdoor activities and team-building events

Passion for cycling and outdoor adventures

Responsibilities:

Lead cycling tours to various destinations, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants

Provide technical support and guidance regarding cycle maintenance and repair

Demonstrate and promote best riding practices and safety measures

Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and local authorities

Motivate and encourage cyclists, fostering a positive and supportive environment

Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour

Assist in the planning and organization of cycling events and activities
