Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Blending role. The Production Blender will be responsible for performing daily blending operations, ensuring product quality and consistency, managing production schedules, and providing training to new employees. The role will require working closely with the production team and following all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Production Planning and Production Management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in quality control and enforcing quality standards

Training and supervisory skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Basic knowledge of essential oils and their properties

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in the essential oil industry is a plus

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field is preferred
