Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies and programs.

Manage performance appraisal and feedback processes.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.

Oversee compensation and benefits administration.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Manage employee disciplinary processes.

Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
