SUMMARY:

Working for ENEA, become part of a growing team of technical Professional Services consultants providing ENEA's Communication Service Providers (CSPs) Customers with the highly scalable and innovative software solutions and consultancy services they need to build boundary-free, multi-network communications services for their subscribers.

ENEA Traffic Management Professional Services team is highly passionate and present in UK, US, Canada, India and Egypt.

DESCRIPTION:

Enea Services organization is looking for people with a passion for successfully delivering projects in telco operators. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Global Services and will be accountable for Professional Service Projects in Middle East, Africa and Asia. The PM will be responsible for leading management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contributing to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The project manager will work with the Director to track and monitor revenue recognition on a weekly basis and will prepare reports for executive management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accountable for project planning and execution, customer experience, and ensuring ENEA delivery meets committed scope and budget.

Accountable for the onboarding, developing and a continuous coaching for project team members.

Proven experience of concurrently managing multiple projects or projects of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations and deliver results.

Expected to employ project management excellence to navigate with agility the complex organizations of large enterprises, building mindshare to plan and execute programs likely to have ambiguous risks and challenges.

Maintain excellence of project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day project planning and execution, project scope, expectations, and risks, and ensuring timelines are met and quality deliverables produced.

Lend support to pre-sale engagements to assist with scoping of solution and project scope definition.

Adopt and contribute to the continuous improvement of ENEA's engagement and project delivery methodologies.

Confidently lead both internal and customer project meetings, owning meeting agenda and meeting outcomes

Own the management of scope, budget, change controls, customer expectations and timelines.

Ensure robust communication internal to ENEA, within the project team, and from the team to the customer.

Expect to travel to customer sites as may be needed, up to 50% of the time.

Collaborate directly with customers and other internal teams to lead and deliver high-quality, reference-able engagements.

Of paramount importance is predictability: predictability of forecasts for resource needs and revenue; predictability of internal & customer stakeholder management; predictability of outcomes; predictability of risk management; predictability of customer expectations and experience.

Demonstrate business acumen through robust control of the internal and external budget, project margin, resource utilization and billability across your entire project portfolio.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.

A minimum of 8 years' experience in project delivery in telco environment

Certification or deep experience with standard frameworks such as the PMI PMBOK, or Prince2

At ease operating in a small, dynamic, fast-growing team, able to be self-sufficient with an ability to have a can-do attitude and make oneself accountable.

Demonstrated leadership skills within complex, transformative projects, with direct responsibility for successfully managing project teams, delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget.

Comfortable creating plans and priorities for both project delivery and customer resources.

Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to foresee and assess risk, plan to mitigate risk and manage escalations or critical situations.

Track record of affecting change through stakeholder engagement is desirable.

Strong working knowledge of the Agile framework and related practices is desirable.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

Good understanding of Mobile Internet Implementation

Experience in storage solutions, hardware, network architectures.

Desirable: Load Balancer integration background

Knowledge of Server Virtualisation and Containerization technologies (Openstack / VMWARE/Kubernetes/Openshitft)

Knowledge of products within a mobile and/or broadband carrier's network
