Responsibilities:

Handle guest reservations efficiently and accurately

Provide outstanding customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel offerings

Requirements:

Experience in the hotel or travel/tours industry is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
