Objective
To recruit partners, POS and to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned area.
Responsibilities
1.Agency Channel /POS Development
Help employee for Sourcing/servicing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.
Agency Channel/POS Development for the assigned location.
Coordinating with Operations team for pre licensing, training, and licensing.
Conduct induction training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for the respective POS.
Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents /POS.
Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.
2.Agency Channel /POS Management
Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
Maintaining the high active percentage of POS.
Controlling Attrition of POS Agents.
Ensuring high productivity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.
3. Channel Servicing
Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same .
