Personal Loan Team Leader

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in consumer lending, with at least [X years] of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of lending principles, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in loan origination software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Oversee the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify potential risks. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing lending practices. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update procedures as necessary.

Candidate Should have good command over English and Hindi language.

Cold calling experience for Loan.

Candidate should have at least 6 Months to 1 year of telesales experience in Personal loan division of any bank/NBFC or any other DSA.

Knowledge about disbursement and approval and taking responsibility for file .
