Job Overview

Junior Recruiter position with 1 to 3 years of experience in Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus

Language: English (Preferred)

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals, placement consultants, and the company careers page.

Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing entire employee life cycle.

Coordinating with candidates for interviews (Telephonic interviews, collecting and verifying basic information etc..)

Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

Taking care of joining formalities, documentation, and Onboarding process. Providing a great onboarding experience to New Joiners.

Introduction Training Process of newly joined candidates.

Must be a clear communicator & Conduct orientation of new employees with company Policies.- Ensure that all the employees comply with the company policies.

Managing & updating the centralized data related to Employees lifecycle & proper record-keeping of employee information.

Assisting in the planning of company events.

Promote HR programs for employee engagement activities to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Responding to employee's inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Manage work culture, a pleasant environment, and an ideal atmosphere.

Coordinate and collaborate with the team and establish a hassle-free communication channel.
