Monitoring ServicesJob Description: Systems Monitoring ServicesRoles and Responsibilities1. Automated alert monitoring Integrate, as required, existing toolset with Centene s ITSM directly or via event management tool (e.g., Splunk)2. Update Centene s CMDB with CI details 3. Work with Centene SRE and Monitoring team to develop and maintain standard automated scripts to perform monitoring of Core Infrastructure components4. Install agents (where required) and configure monitoring5. Create, maintain & support interfaces both to and from monitoring infrastructure6. Migrate monitoring agents as necessary to support infrastructure changes7. Execute monitoring snoozes as requested to support planned and unplanned maintenance8. Troubleshoot monitoring snooze errors (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.)
