Content Writer & Strategist

Like strategising on long-term content designs, and seeing it through from concept to execution

You have worked in managerial positions and built team structures within companies/brands

You are organized and prefer documenting data and taking notes on analytics and numbers

You are good at managing upwards - i.e. communicating with the leadership team and bringing solution-oriented views

You follow to-do boards and adhere to deadlines while realigning the team to do the same

You can sync up with your team on a daily round-up to understand the inner functioning and tasks to be wrapped.

You understand the importance of reviewing & editing content that is put out for the world to consume.

Your day-to-day at Experience Co. would look like this:

Communicating with the social media team to understand their scope of work and review content pieces developed by them

Devising new content buckets in the field of travel x community x creativity

Writing scripts for episodic content on the community for YouTube

Analysing the statistics of our social platform to create more content that our audiences prefer consuming.

Assisting our performance marketing to create campaigns at different sales journey touchpoints

Creating off-beat campaigns for our projects and integrating resident preferences

Brainstorming new ideas and ways to our story

Assisting other members in the social team with back-end work on a daily basis and supporting them where ever required
