Event Marketing Specialist

Overview

As a Junior Event and Marketing Specialist at Grid Dynamics, you will help plan and implement external talent marketing and business-related events, and help organize and implement internal related events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your creativity and organizational skills to attract top talent to our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing internal and external events: meetups online/offline, conferences, and all other talent events

Help with marketing efforts, including content creation and analysis, deck creation, coordination of reviews and approvals

Collaborate with HR and marketing teams on various projects related to recruitment

Identify and secure earned media opportunities to promote our company in India

Provide administrative support for event-related tasks

Requirements:

Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field

Strong organizational and communication skills (advanced English)

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Ability to work well in a team setting

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Nice to have:

Experience in creating and promoting Facebook and LinkedIn events

Experience in Facebook Ads
