This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Vistaram Realty in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies.Qualifications

Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Relevant HR certifications or qualifications

Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
