This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks.Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles

Experience in HR management and personnel management

Familiarity with HR policies and procedures

Understanding of employee benefits programs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively on a team

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with HR software or systems is a plus
