I shoulder PnL responsibility and targets for my vertical/city/region, based on the structure of the organization and division of client prospects between me and my peers.
I own the process of identifying, prospecting, and nurturing clients who can benefit from partnering with Asymmetrique, creating insight-driven digital strategies to meet their requirements, and presenting them in the form of new business development or business improvement projects.
I am extremely passionate about having participative discussions with the teams involved in my projects and leading the process of idea generation revolving around the clients' brands, markets, and competitors.
I am in-charge of multiple clients of Asymmetrique. I take the onus of maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring that all my client projects are delivered within the given framework of quality, timelines, and budgets.
I coordinate with my team to get regular details/updates and contribute to deciding the critical paths and fast-tracking, to ensure quality work is delivered in the expected time and allocated budgets.
