Manager - Solar O&M

Lead and manage the operations and maintenance activities for solar photovoltaic projects.

Develop and implement comprehensive OM strategies to optimize the performance and longevity of solar PV systems.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and third-party service providers to execute OM tasks effectively.

Conduct regular inspections, monitoring, and performance analysis of solar assets to identify and address issues promptly.

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance measures to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of solar plants.

Manage budgets, resources, and procurement activities related to OM activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and records pertaining to OM activities, including maintenance schedules, reports, and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies in all OM activities.

Lead and mentor a team of OM technicians and specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project development, and finance, to optimize OM processes and contribute to project success.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in solar OM to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
