Responsible for Pre-bid and Post-bid civil design engineering operations.

Civil Design Leadership: Lead and manage the civil design team responsible for Solar plant MMS design, Inverter platform and equipment foundation detailed designs, cable Trench design, drain system, road, boundary wall, for Switch Yard, Transmission Line, Building (i.e Control room building, switchyard panel room, GIS Hall etc.).

Ensuring Engineering deliverables of Pre-bid Post-bid projects timely matching project schedule contractually agreed.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards to develop efficient and innovative designs for various structures.

Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop design plans, schedules, and budgets for civil design aspects of projects.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of design deliverables, reviewing and approving drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant local, national, and international codes, standards, and regulations to ensure that all designs meet necessary requirements.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with electrical engineers, architects, surveyors, and other professionals to integrate civil design with overall project requirements.

Cost Control: Assist in optimizing designs to minimize construction costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential design-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Team Development: Mentor and guide junior members of the design team, providing technical expertise and professional Documentation: Maintain organized records of design documentation, revisions, and project-related information. development opportunities.

Validating civil costing prepared compliance with tender specification for the Pre-bid engineering works.

Reviewing and revalidating structural and civil boq prepared by design engineers for the MMS, buildings, roads, drain works and sharing with stake holders for the execution.

Co-ordinating with external consultants / design engineers who all are assigned for the external agency service and providing right information / input to them, to ensure deliverables.

Visiting projects whenever requirement arises from project management team.

Candidate who is having proficient experience in Large scale solar project design including MMS design, Land leveling, layout modeling, control room building design.
