Digital Program Manager

Leads multiple teams headed by Digital Program Management managers or supervisors, establishing and executing objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Provides technical subject matter expertise to senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and controlling resources for Digital projects to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

Oversees detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports.

Provides technical guidance to the project team. May utilize Scrum methodologies to deliver project requirements.

Leads large teams of Digital resources through complex transformational projects. Owns and accountable for cross-functional collaboration.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

Minimum 15+ years prior relevant experience.
