Role Description :

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer - Ideal candidates will be willing to work from our Chennai India office working with our Engineering and Product Team.

Must be in person and full time. Exceptional business level understanding a must. As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will be in the research, wireframing, designing,and changes on Trademarkiaâs projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with your manager and the design team to ensure the design lives up to Trademarkiaâs standards.

Essential job functions:

Acquire a deep understanding of Trademarkia, Its business objectives through business requirement meetings planning and ensure product redesign that can exceed client expectations

Closely study Trademarkia competitors and players in the intellectual property (Legal) space for new service product opportunities by conducting a competitive & comparative analysis of similar products in the market

Use design thinking methodology to identify critical questions and create a research plan as a guide for discovering customersâ pain points, challenges, & needs

Conduct usability testing and gather insights to make data-driven design decisions

Work with cross-functional teams on current and new product design from planning, requirement gathering & performance measurement for success.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure consistency with company strategy & commitments

Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

Create and manage design systems, and ensure consistent brand identity across all brand touchpoints

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Conduct UX audit and identify key UX problems in the designs

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to enhance Trademarkiaâs design practices

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Assisting with feature development, product development, marketing, and growth

Work with other UI/UX Designers and implement client outreach strategies for different client groups

Requirements:

Strong expertise and at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design.

Hands-on experience in design tools like Figma and Figjam

Portfolio of work that demonstrates process, critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Strong understanding of user interface design principles, design thinking methodology and best practices in design

Experience in conducting user research to understand target audience, their behaviours, goals and pain points

Experience with tools like Framer and Webflow is a plus.

Full time
