Job Details:

Project Manager in the automotive embedded sector, orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles. Expertise spans initiation, planning, execution, and risk management of embedded development, automotive product development, project management, etc. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring innovation, flawless execution, and timely customer deliveries. Quality and performance drive impactful results, reflected in detailed project reports and dashboards for management updates.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initialization, planning, execution, monitoring and control, risk management, quality management, and change management.

Define internal milestones, freeze scope, and plan iterations in alignment with customer deliveries.

Lead the day-to-day activities of the Product Development team (HW, SYS, SW, Testing).

Should collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation, feature realization, activity planning, and overcome obstacles in project execution.

Interacting with internal and external stakeholders is necessary for flawless project execution.

Should prepare regular project reports and dashboards for management updates.

Monitor and Measure Project Performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in embedded development.

5+ years of experience in automotive product development.

2+ years of experience in project management.

Should have knowledge of automotive products in Telematics, Connected Cars, Vehicle Controllers, and Automotive Tool Development.

Thorough knowledge of software project management methods and tools.

Experience with Agile development/management techniques.

Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and effective communication and presentation abilities.

Highly self-motivated and energetic.
