Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor at the Aditya School of Business Management (ASBM) in Mumbai. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching courses in HR, Finance, IT, or Marketing, conducting research, and providing guidance to students. The role involves delivering lectures, designing curriculum, evaluating student performance, and participating in departmental activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HR, Finance, IT, or Marketing

Experience in teaching and research

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Ph.D. in relevant field is mandatory

Post Ph.D minimum 2 years of experience.

Prior industry experience is a plus
