The Opportunity

The Prod Provisioning team serves as the primary support for all technical inquiries, acting as the initial contact point for MEs seeking integration or payments assistance. Team members require specific academic qualifications and collaborate closely with L2 and development teams. Their timely resolution of production issues is crucial due to potential business impacts, maintaining a proactive stance despite the absence of formal SLAs with MEs. Operating through unique CRM credentials, tickets are auto-assigned, with SLA calculations initiated upon receipt of issues. Achieving a consistent 99% SLA annually, the team advises product development, resolving 90% of cases internally via various support channels

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Attending issues/queries on email

ME creation in the system

Sharing issue with L2 for support

Attending daily SCRUM call with L2 and dev team

To go on call with MEs on teams (application)

Take remote access of ME system to pinpoint the issue

Evaluating transaction logs and releasing live credentials

Do account level configuration to solve issues

Sharing logs and analysis with L2 & ME team

Assist merchant in test/live integration

Who Are We Looking For

PG integration and tech support engineer

1 to 2 years' experience of working in tech and integration process of a PG company

Good knowledge of PG architecture, platform and transaction processing

Knowledge of integration in Asp.net, java, PHP, IOS, Android and SQL

Graduate (BCA/MCA, BE, BSC/MSC IT or equivalent in academic

Able to read and analyse transaction logs (request and response)

Basic knowledge of programming languages like .net, PHP, java, html.

Knowledge of various payment options NB, Cards, wallets, UPI

Ability to read, write and speak in English
