As a Specialist in Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase conversion rates. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and analytical thinking are valued.

What You'll Do but not limited to:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (PPC, Search Ads, App Install and Remarketing), Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.

Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement.

Basic Idea of Email Marketing.

Manage and optimize content for the organisation's social media accounts on Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.

A person who can work onsite - Delhi (Dwarka)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
