Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning: Oversee National sales, promotions & other activities to achieve the sales target.
Maintain MIS report for all Channel Partner.
Analyze Sales data and Stock report and actioned timely.
Liase with Channel partners.
Liase with CP & FE marketing team for instore activities/ event.
Store visits to be done once a fortnight.
People Management: Ensure hiring is done timely for all Sephora locations.
New Store Opening: Ensure all new store operations are handled & closed in a timely.
Indenting & Forecasting for all Sephora/Shoppers Stop/Nykaa & Tira.
Planning of GWP & Samples.
P.O to be punched timely along with GWP, tester & samples.
Fortnightly stock audit to control ageing stock.
Ensure minimization of RTV.
New product registration to be done timely.
Maintain & evaluate category Sales report Pan India. Report to be shared every week with the retail head.
Experience:
8-10 Years experience in handling SIS/MBO's for a Retail/Luxury Retail Brand.
