YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform laboratory trials to develop and improve products. Preparation and sending the samples to the customer for evaluation purpose. Work closely with team members to achieve project objectives. Communicate findings effectively and contribute to project meetings and discussions.

Learn about test methods to carry out the testing activities.

Carry out testing of raw materials, and laboratory trial samples associated with development activities.

Assist in trial blend activities and preparation of samples for submission to customers.

Prepare standard solutions for testing of analytical parameters.

Ensure retention of samples like new raw materials, and laboratory blend samples with proper identification.

Prepare reports and submit them to the immediate Supervisor/Manager.

Ensure Proper housekeeping in the laboratory.

Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines. Compliance with updated test methods and Procedures to meet Customer requirements.
