Responsibilities
A: Marketing Intelligence:
Continuously scan for potential customers in domestic market
Monitor competitors, present & future and update on competition.
Learn and absorb technology trends in the world, which could grow or adversely impact business;
Receiving and collecting market intelligence on a regular basis on customer requirements and competitor developments
B: Management of existing customers.
C: Direct Sales Activities:
Identify new market and new product opportunities
Find link selling opportunities using both old/new contacts
Follow up of Direct Sales leads
Achieving sales targets and sales forecasting
Assisting in preparation of sales and marketing action plan.
Any other tasks required by the management within the scope of sales and marketing.
Clients handling
Generating business with new clients and existing clients
Representing in various exhibitions held for Personal Care
Providing daily & weekly client visit report
Updating on project status
Maintaining client records, NPDs status and commercial timelines.
