Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager located in Kochi. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, relationship building, account management, customer service, and Inside Sales. They will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Account Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact throughout the sales process.

Inside Sales and Account Management skills

Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building skills

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively manage client accounts

Experience in the Audiovisual/ICT is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
