Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.

Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating and closing real estate transactions.

Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and strategies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.

Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with previous experience in a leadership or management role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Thorough understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and regulations.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
