TITLE: Technical Writer/Information Developer

LOCATION: Hyderabad, India

GRADE: 10

Your primary responsibility will be to create, update and maintain technical documentation for NCR Atleos products.

Responsibilities Include

Conceptualize research, plan, analyse and author high quality technical documentation.

Author topics using minimalism principles and conforming to corporate writing/MSTP style guide.

Analyse current product documentation to determine usability and make improvements as indicated.

Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and processes in a fast-paced agile environment.

Improve content quality and usability by responding to and incorporating feedback from customers and internal users.

Work effectively with cross functional teams to deliver the best solutions to our customer

Demonstrate a sense of ownership in work and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field such as computer science or a focus on English, writing, or communications.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience required in a software development environment.

Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.

Financial background is an advantage.

Experience working with the following tools Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, JIRA/Git & GitHub.
