Finance Executive

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Finance Executive for a firm based out of London. The position is a full time opportunity in Hyderabad, India or who is willing to relocate.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.

Experience required: 4-6 years

CTC: INR 7 LPA- 9 LPA (negotiable based on your last drawn CTC)

Location: On-site (Hyderabad)

Time- 1:00 p.m- 10:00 p.m (Monday - Friday)

Type of employment- Full-time

Responsibilities

Support financial reporting and analysis as needed

Liaise with external vendors and suppliers

Contribute to budget preparation and monitor expenditures

Manage invoicing, expense reports, and financial statements

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions

Execute invoicing for clients and enforce credit control policies

Aid in employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Address HR inquiries and assist employees

Organize meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., XERO, Zoho, QuickBooks)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
