The Role

Connecting clients on a daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on a daily basis.

Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clients for Site Visits.

Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

Visit Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escort them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly.

Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.

Leads Hygiene provides proper feedback on leads assigned.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1-year experience within a Real Estate Consulting, Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management, or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

Experience in Residential Real Estate, Retail Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate would be a strong advantage.

You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.

You are a strong networker & and relationship builder

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
