Quality Analyst

ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking highly accomplished QA who can be the part of the GEDU IT Engineering Team at GEDU Noida. The person should preferably have worked as QA Engineer in any Software Product development organization and has experience in Testing/QA and delivering scalable Web/Mobile/SaaS/Cloud Products in agile methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and Leading processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.

Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.

Identifying and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.

Communicating quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.

Coordinating product testing processes.

Participating in product testing.

Identify the scope of test cases automation and automate these test cases for delivering quality product.

Identify the suitable metrics for the Testing of the product and periodically share/review these metrics with the stakeholders.

Ensuring the team has strong knowledge of requirements/features.

Leading and motivating a team to execute priorities and provide new ideas and solutions.

Leading multiple complex projects to deliver detailed releases, improve production quality, and meet business objectives.

Implementing new tools and processes to meet business objectives.

Use Quality/Testing tools for ensuing better quality of deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience required: 5 - 8 years.

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent

Require prior experience in manual (functional, regression, sanity, integration) and automation (Selenium/Appium/API) testing.
