Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for Multistage Geared Centrifugal Air Compressor products.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and product development.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.

Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring proper installation and operation of the air compressor systems.

Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably with Multistage Geared Centrifugal Air Compressor products.

Strong understanding of compressed air systems and industrial applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Location: Mumbai /Pune
