Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Loan Sales Team Leader at FinCrif India in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the personal loan sales team. Duties include monitoring team performance, setting sales targets, providing training and coaching, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Team Leader will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
